ZLI’s Wild Planetarium Project helps K-12 students to achieve S.T.E.A.M. goals in scientific and cultural studies, while advancing diversity & inclusion mandates for a sustainable future. ZLI’s Wild Planetarium Project offers an exciting S.T.E.A.M. program available nowhere else.
Your students will relate the role of animals and ecosystems to community health from an insightful variety of global perspectives, including Chinese, African, Polynesian, Hindu, Ancient Greek, Mayan, Inuit, European and Native American astronomies. The coordinated explorations of regional astronomies and ecologies will foster a practical approach to environmental science, encouraging study with purpose and pride.
Individual courses and coordinated programs may be booked on a daily or weekly (5-day) basis, with up to four classes a day possible using a single planetarium (multiple planetariums available upon request).
